Red Velvet Cake


Ingredients:

Beet, egg, oil, sugar, lemon, wheat flour, yeast, vanilla.

Utensils:

Oven, Baking tray, Blender, bowl, Sieve, Soup spoon, silicone spoon, Mixer,
Teaspoon.

Method of preparation:

1. Organize all the ingredients.
2. Cut the beets into medium-sized cubes.
3. In a blender, blend the beets, eggs, and oil until it reaches homogeneity.
4. Add the sugar and blend again.
5. Transfer the contents from the blender to a bowl;
gradually add the flour and knead the dough by hand until it becomes
homogeneous;
then, add the baking powder and mix carefully.
6. Place the dough in a greased 23-centimeter diameter pan.
7. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 35 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, and it’s ready to serve.
